•For treatments above £500, we offer 0% finance options for 6 or 12 months, subject to approval.
•Longer-term finance options are available with applicable fees.
5. Dental Plans
5.1 Denplan Care
•A monthly fee covers routine treatment, including examinations, x-rays, hygienist visits, fillings, root fillings, and extractions.
•Laboratory fees for items such as crowns, veneers, bridges, or dentures are not covered.
5.2 Denplan Essentials
•A monthly fee covers two routine examinations, x-rays, and two hygienist appointments.
•A 15% discount is offered on routine treatments.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
6.1 Personal Data
•We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
•Your personal data will be used for the purpose of providing dental care and treatment.
6.2 Confidentiality
•We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and medical information.

7.1 Procedure
•We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and courteously.
•Complaints can be made in person, by phone, email, or in writing.
7.2 Resolution
•The Principal Dentist, Dr. Rajesh Nahar, is responsible for handling complaints.
•Complaints will be acknowledged within three working days and investigated within ten working days.
